Jacob I. Mojarro

Jacob I. Mojarro is an Associate Attorney at ADLI Law Group.

Mr. Mojarro's practice focuses on commercial and corporate transactions and business litigation. He assists clients in all aspects of their business including, business formation, start-up agreements, contract drafting and review, negotiations, real estate disputes, and employment law. Mr. Mojarro is dedicated to delivering expert representation through industry-specific knowledge, ethical business principles and is committed to efficient outcomes for his clients.

Before joining ADLI Law Group, Mr. Mojarro was the Managing Shareholder at Mojarro Law, P.C., where he practiced business, real estate, and employment law. While there, he built a reputation among realtor boards and chamber of commerce by handling business and real estate disputes arising from breaches in purchase contracts or leases and single-handedly developed detailed litigation and discovery strategies for over 50 cases, prepared and organized evidence and exhibits to be utilized in court hearings and trials, and handled over 15 trials and arbitrations. and exhibits to be utilized in court hearings and trials, and handled over 15 trials and arbitrations.

Mr. Mojarro earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California-UCLA. He is fluent in Spanish and English and serves the Spanish-speaking community as well as minority small business owners, small commercial property landlords and provides Pro Bono Consultations to local entrepreneurs and small businesses.
