Michael Rothwell
Michael Rothwell is an associate of the Adli Law Group P.C. Mr. Rothwell’s practice is primarily focused on patent litigation and patent prosecution. Prior to joining the Adli Law Group, Mr. Rothwell practiced law at the New York office of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP. While at Kenyon, Mr. Rothwell represented clients in litigations relating to both life sciences and engineering-based technologies.
Mr. Rothwell received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he served on American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and participated in the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Mr. Rothwell also served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Paul J. McMurdie of the Arizona Superior Court.
Prior to law school, Mr. Rothwell obtained his B.S. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego where, as an undergraduate student, he maintained a scientific internship at the Scripps Research Institute. Mr. Rothwell gained further technical experience as a Laboratory Technician at the Salk Institute, where he aided in the research of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis.
