Elaine Yao
Elaine Yao is an experienced Legal Assistant in Intellectual Property matters. Her practice areas include Intellectual Property Trademarks, Patent, Copyright and Business. Prior to joining Adli Law Group P.C, Ms. Yao served as Kiwanis Ambassador and Secretary for Arcadia Key Club, and later took the position as Executive Assistant on Key Club’s Divisional Board.
Ms. Yao has received extensive training within our trademark and litigation intellectual property group. She is familiar with both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and litigation. On the prosecution side, she is able to prepare filings, such as Statements of Use, Renewal applications, and other pre and post registration filings. She also has experience in litigation matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
