Dave Deonarine is an associate with Adli Law Group P.C. He practices in the area of intellectual property law, including litigation, opinions, and general counseling related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Mr. Deonarine has represented small, medium and Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, entertainment, apparel, food, and consumer products industries.
Prior to joining Adli Law Group P.C., Mr. Deonarine practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where his practice primarily focused on patent and trademark litigation, and trademark preparation, prosecution and counseling. His experience includes defending generic pharmaceutical companies in Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigations and representing biotechnology clients in complex patent litigation. Prior to Wilson Sonsini, Mr. Deonarine practiced at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, one of Canada’s leading intellectual property law firms.
