Benjamin Deming
Benjamin Deming is an experienced litigator, focusing primarily on patent, trademark and unfair competition matters with and is an associate with Adli Law Group, P.C.
Drawing on his background in physics, Mr. Deming is uniquely capable in handling a variety of technology matters, and has represented some of the nation’s largest companies in technology disputes involving medical devices, cellular telephone standards, wireless technology, consumer electronics, and advanced combustion fuel systems used in diesel engines.
Prior to joining Adli Law Group, P.C., Mr. Deming was an associate with the Los Angeles offices of Zuber & Taillieu LLP. Prior to joining Zuber & Tallieu, Mr. Deming practiced in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department with the Los Angeles office of Howrey LLP.
Mr. Deming is fluent in Japanese and has been on the core team for several litigation matters involving Asian brands and companies. Additionally, he was named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Deming obtained his law degree from University of Michigan Law School in 2004, where he was a Kennedy Scholarship Recipient. He also obtained a B.S. in Physics and a minor in Japanese (skilled in written and spoken Japanese) from Brigham Young University in 2001.
